Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a profitable client network by expertly placing Engineering and Renewable Energy Specialists across the UK.
• Initiate new sales ventures and business development, curate and retain a prospect list, and transform prospects into enduring partnerships.
• Build robust talent reservoirs through candidate networking, aligning with client requirements.
• Exceed monthly financial targets.
• Provide management with precise fee projections.
• Enhance your professional image across social media platforms, gaining recognition within the Renewable Energy sphere.

Candidate Qualifications:

• A solid minimum of 5 years in the recruitment sector.
• A proven background in nurturing business segments or leading teams.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office, complemented by robust IT acumen.
• Superior skills in database oversight.
• Eloquent and effective communication abilities.

Working Hours and Location:

• Core hours: 9am to 5pm, from Monday to Friday, with flexibility available.
• Remote Working: Home-based employment.

Compensation and Perks:

• An annual wage range of £30,000 to £35,000, based on expertise.
